有很多人很艰难才找到第一份工作，做了一两年后想换工作时发现会更难。有时真的很庆幸自己是怎样pass第一份工作面试的。为什么用那时的面试技巧现在却行不通呢？
想找更高层次的工作，面试的问题就更刁钻。要怎样才能更好的应付，或者能够更顺利地跳槽，得到下一份想要的工作呢？
这是一些比较常见，有些刁钻的面试问题，也按照雇主想要的答案准备了best answer，如果要去面试的朋友有兴趣知道答案，把你要的问题复制在回帖里，我会尽量尽快回复。

因为大家都是在New Zealand 找工作的，所以为了方便大家，问题和答案都是用英文的。希望对想找工作或想换工作的朋友有帮助。

Questions About Co-Workers and Supervisors

Tell me about a time when you had to deal with a co-worker who wasn't doing his/her fair share of the work. What did you do and what was the outcome?
Give me an example of a time when you took the time to share a co-worker's or supervisor's achievements with others?
Tell me about a time that you didn't work well with a supervisor. What was the outcome and how would you have changed the outcome?
Have you worked with someone you didn't like? If so, how did you handle it?
Tell me about a time that you helped someone.
Tell me about a time that you misjudged a person.
How do you get along with older (younger) co-workers?

Questions About Your Abilities

Tell me about a time that you worked conveying technical information to a nontechnical audience.
Tell me about a time that you worked with data, interpreting data, and presenting data.
Why do you think you will be successful at this job?
Tell me about a time that you participated in a team, what was your role?
Tell me about a time when you were faced with conflicting priorities. How did you determine the top priority?
Tell me about a time when you failed.

Questions About Yourself

What would you do differently if you could start your working life over?
How do you balance life and work?
What is your preferred way to communication - instant message, phone, or email?
Do you check voicemail and email when on vacation?
What is your favorite book? How about your favorite movie?
What historical figure do you admire and why?
If you could choose anyone (alive or deceased) to have lunch with, who would it be?
What did you do during this six month gap in employment?
What led you to this point in your life?
Do you consider yourself successful?
What inspires you in a job?

Questions About Your Career Goals

Start with your graduation from college and explanation the rationale behind each of your career moves.
Also explain the thinking process that went into making each if those decisions.
How many hours a day/week do you need to work to get the job done?
If you stayed with your current company, what would be your next move?
How do you measure success?
Describe your dream job.
Describe a job that would be your worst nightmare.

每一个问题都有各自不同的回答方法。请问你想知道答案的是那个问题呢？

Why do you think you will be successful at this job?

The interviewer is concerned as to whether you see this as a career move, or stop-gap employment.

As my resume reflects, I have been successful at each of my previous places of employment. My research of your company, the job description outlined, and the information we've exchanged today, lead me to believe I have the skills and experience for which you are looking; and I'm eager to be a contributing employee.

The best way to respond is to give an example of something you accomplished that is directly related to the job you are interviewing for. Review your resume and review the job posting. Find the best match and use that to show how what you accomplished will be beneficial to the company you are interviewing with.

我面试前所有这些问题都准备了, 基本也用到了, 一般多举你以前工作学习的例子就可以应付了.http://jobsearch.about.com/od/in ... /interviewquest.htm上有这些问题的best answers.
