Not sure if you have ever thought about why you are not getting any interview or job offer. Don't waste your time spamming your CV for jobs that you know for a fact you can't fulfil, you don't really want to piss all the recruitment agency off until they won't even bother looking at of your submission anymore...

How much of the following have you done?
- have your CV checked professionally or by someone more experience. If your CV looks shit or have many obvious mistakes or isn't even in the standard NZ CV format etc, people's first impression is going to be, you are not professional at all and won't even shortlist you.

- how much do you actually know about how a company operate, what technology they normally use, and what skills are required? I have seen way too many graduates that know NOTHING about anything. All they have is a 2-3 years diploma/degree and don't even have any clue what IT is all about. In your original post when you say 擅长 networking and computer maintenance and troubleshooting, how much of those have you actually done in real life? how confident are you that if i give you a problem you will be able to resolve it or know where to start? Learning something from a book and being able to be start in a job and be productive on day 1 is quite different.

- How many commercial certification do you own? There are way too many paper certified people out there that know nothing, but in comparison, if you aren't even certified in one or two most commonly used technology, you are going to be treated as less valuable than those paper certified guys.

All i am trying to say is, if you are serious about getting into IT, and are looking for your first job, you need to do better than just spamming CVs and expecting someone to hook you up with a job on a forum. Even if i see a vacancy now in my company and tell you about it, it isn't going to help you in any shape or form at all if your own condition isn't up to scratch (unless it's a graduate position). If that's the case why not start acting now and do something about it? you are the only one that can help yourself to get somewhere, start acting now if IT is really something you are passionate about.

I know how hard it is going to be, we have all been through that, and many of us know it's do-able. It's entirely up to you how hard you are willing to try.

现在找IT工作，尤其是第一份工，要翻黄页的。打电话去问，我可不可以给你免费工作。然后干几个月，积累了一些工作经验就好找了。

去拿一个入门的证书，microsoft或者cisco都可以，去找一个xtra helpdesk之类的工作. infrastructure方面工作基本是这么起步的
