想关，但是我的contract里写明after hour oncall...

以前不关，自从有房客早晨6点给我打电话后，现在每天都关机睡觉。。。

没规定我要work after hour...而且睡不好的话，白天上班好痛苦啊（ps, 我在房产管理公司上班）

我感觉关机睡觉的话，辐射没那么大
