我一般收到罚单信（在开罚单的28天后寄出，应该还能再拖个28天付款）就立刻上网付了。

There should be a letter by Council's Parking Infringement Advisor (or something similar) advising u that the matter will be forwarded to the Court, etc, contact him/her ASAP to ask what you can do ba....
