这样的房东真少见。都租了两年了还这样。房子脏，什么东西用久了，都会变旧变脏，那能和原来一样。

不知道楼主有没有去FOODTOWN去租专门的吸尘器吸地？
如果没有，即使上了TENANCY TRIBUNAL
也会把这一类专业的清洁费用从你的BOND金里扣出来的！

不过你这个房东应该是属于那种特别刁蛮的，所以非常的同情你！

Take them to tenancy tribunal, it is quite fair. Make sure you can explain everything well in English. We have dealt with them before and we got what we wanted. :-)

Well done mate, we really have to stand up for our rights eh. You just have to explain the details in the tribunal. Our previous tenants didn't pay rent for 4 weeks while living there, we took them there and they had to pay or get out.

good on ya, yea we need to understand our rights and stand up nd speak for ourselves. my previous landlord was a nightmare, she didnt lodge the bond and asked for key money, and when she couldnt bother to fix the normal wear and tear she blamed me for it, whats worse she came without giving us notice and we had to call the cops to get her outa my place, absolute arse. just had to take her to the tribunal, showed them all the edvidence and paper work, totally nailed her, still remember the look on her face~~

嗬---像这么浑的房东还真是第一次听说。以前一直是跟JP房客打交道---
不过, 即使是真的去TENANCY TRIBUNAL也不用怕，只要自己在理，法官也不傻。
我觉得LZ是担心会有什么不良记录吧--其实不用担心的---
TENANCY TRIBUNAL只是一个调解机构。
还有，如果你没有违反合同规定的话，我建议你可以先去TENANCY TRIBUNAL告他们。要求他们退还押金。
这些事先咨询律师比较好--

根本就不用怕，他们是狗眼看人低以为中国人好欺负，只要你房子真的没弄脏担心都不用，我之前上大学也是和租房给我的房屋中介发生了矛盾，最后被告上一个像庭外调解的地方，还律师信，他喜欢请律师他花他的钱，你就当笑话看看好了，我上次庭外调解是中介非说我把房子里面那个八几年的烤箱弄脏了，要我换个二手的，还说房子不干净要付清洁费，最后我什么钱都不用给，原因是房子本来就是会损耗的，所以你没错根本不用怕，不要太软弱，事都来了就要面对，这是个移民国家大家都应该是平等的。

一直认为，除非只是和有正规中介打交道，绝对不好租那些东亚族裔以外的房东的房（或房客），因为可能会很麻烦。

个人建议，租独立房，还是叫人来专业清洁一下比较好。别是说两百了，就是再多点钱我也花。
