标题: BayCorp 的不良信用记录保留多久 [打印本页]

前几年报了梅西一个课程, 然后有事读不了就让梅西取消掉, 可是梅西说我取消晚了, 读不读都要收学费 ($2000 something). 我当然不交了, 谁知他们把帐给 BayCorp 了. 不久前跟银行贷款, 银行查我信用记录上有 BayCorp 的帐, 要我解释好一番, 还要提交半年的收入记录.

大家知道 BayCorp 的记录保留多久吗? 新西兰法律规定不良信用记录有保留期限吗? 我知道法律规定轻微犯罪记录保留在案7年, 7年后可以隐藏掉, 你不用告诉别人, 别人也查不到. 不良信用记录也应该会有类似相关规定吧?

名字会待5年。5年后就清了。

你可以去法院告他们，一般公司都不会出席，也就会把你的帐清楚，然后baycorp就会以人为错误为理由，把你的名字删除。
当然如果他们出席，就跟他们据理力争。哪怕能够减少一分钱，你都 ...
