有线还是无线？

有线的话，换一根线试下

无线的话，断开重新练

如果都没用，用ie7，8的话，把ie reset一下

用其他浏览器的话

START-RUN-CMD-PING GOOGLE.CO.NZ
看看能不能连上

网络问题可能性太多了

I suspect you don't specify a default gateway.

it's always hard/harder to try to troubleshoot someone's internet prob over the net, anyway as quite a few upstairs have already pointed out, bring up a command prompt and try all of the following and let us know results you get:

- ipconfig
- netstat -rn | find /I "gateway"
- ping www.ihug.co.nz
- ping 203.109.129.3

depends on your test result it could mean different thing

可能是防火墙有问题，你试试restore一下。不是back up啊。

我可以PING 192.168.1.1, 但是总是TIME OUT ON FOR PING 203.109.129.3, 也 TIME OUT FOR PING GOOGLE OR IHUG.
又那位大虾知道是怎么一回事亚！

That means locally on the LAN your laptop is working fine, but you can't connect to the internet from the router onwards. Are you sure your home DSL is up and running? If you are 100% sure your DSL is working fine, did someone setup a firewall rule on the DSL router to block you or something?

If you know how to do it, change your laptop IP address manually to 192.168.1.222 and repeat all the test again.

can you log into your router and see the connection status?

同意楼上的, 如果你连接上了router, 先看看自己的网络状态, 是否获取了IP, DNS 之类的. 然后再进去看看router是否正常运作.

如果家里只有你上不了就是应该你电脑跟rouetr连接的问题.
