PEC2 是不是要有2年 accounting firm 里做的经验才能考呀？有没有人知道这2年一定是要在付计firm 做的吗？

不是一定要accounting firm的，只要符合一下要求。

Specified Practical Experience (1st year)
   (Note: you must complete at least 24 months  in total)
* Minimum of one year of experience
   as specified in the Chartered Accountant Log Book or Log book Supplement for Academics
* In an Institute - Approved Training Organisation (ATO).
* Under the oversight of, and
   certified by, an Institute-registered mentor
* Commences only after the completion of the academic requirements and General Practical Experience.
Special Practical Experience (2nd year)

* at least a further 12 months
* as for specified practical experience above
