if i drive @ 120km/hr, can i say, no one else on the road, so no danger, any ticket is unfair..................

All objects should be restrained by being:

securely packed inside compartments that are rigidly attached to the vehicle, or
held securely in racks or cradles or frames designed to fit that size of object and which are rigidly attached to the vehicle, or
held by lashings (webbing straps, ropes, chains) or clamps securely attached to appropriate anchorage points (rails, hooks or eyes) on the vehicle.

i cannot find anything about the amount. Police must have some rules........just like how they ticket the speeding driver...........would suggest you call them.

楼主还是吸取教训吧，草虽小，但是在告诉上飞出去影响了后面DRIVER的注意力会造成严重事故的……

警察罚款的价格都是已经订好的了，他们有个小册子，犯的哪一条，就是那个价格，不是哪个警察自己随便定的。当时警察和你说的时候，可能是他记不清楚那个价格，才拿样说的

如果他真想使劲罚你的话，carried insecured load 可以罚你$600, being the person loaded insecured load 还可以再罚$600

所以，以后要小心
