you have every right under the consumer guarantees act as a consumer to receive relevant information upon request, I have over 5 years customer service experience and not once have I encountered such reply. there are so many errors in the response you received from this company that I suggest you go directly to 'Lola's' line manager or the managing director of the company. if you have no luck you can still approach consumer rights to lodge your complaint.(by the way, she made the ultimate mistake by leaving you her name as now your complaint will be directed directly back to the person who presented her self in the most unprofessional manner.)作者: 左手 时间: 2010-1-16 20:50:20
