打算搬到NS 请问哪几个区的房子连看都不用看了？

On North Shore, most of Maori and Pacific Islanders live there.

That's why the average price of properties
there, is the cheapest,
compared to other suburbs on NS.

Take a ride there, you'll see what I mean.

北岸多数地区都是很好的
也有很贵的区啊

不是绝对的就连Beach Heaven 也有海景房子 ...也有相对安全的地方...........看LZ向买多少钱什么样的房子区和区的房价也相差很多

今天刚看到NORTHSHORE TIME 广告卖房子，海景豪宅 90万，哈哈，不过我要有钱也不在那里买，大环境不好

我在NS住了,非常习惯.也没觉得这里大环境不好啊.天天晚上去海边散步,很舒服.也很少见到毛毛啊. 其实买房也是一个习惯问题.我朋友在中区,来NS一看,房价可能差不多,这里环境也很好,有山有海,但还是更愿意住中区,因为他一直住中区,习惯了.

Beach Heaven coast的房子价格都很贵的.治安也很好,不过Beach Heaven其他地方和Glenfield靠shopping mall那一带毛利和岛人比较多一点...不过再怎么说也比南区,东区甚至是中区的毛利和岛人少...

北岸很多地方，要看街。不能评价整个一个区。
有时好街、坏街只是几百米之隔

Do not buy any properties by Northcote Shopping Center though it is very convenience place to live; because all states house in NS are located there. Not safe at all.
