1。你在新西兰有商业投资，你经营这个投资有2年的时间。该投资是指存款或者股票债券类的额金融资产等,买的自住房屋不算(是否只限投资移民？有待求证)

, \ `! l/ l, \* |2。你以任何类别拿到PR，并且你有100W以上NZD投资在新西兰，这笔钱在申请IRRV前要投资在新西兰超过2年时间。其中要符合Investment Rules。如下：

owned solely by the principal applicant or jointly with your partner or dependent children included in the residence application.
originally transferred to New Zealand through the trading bank system or have been earned or acquired lawfully in New Zealand.
invested in New Zealand currency in a venture capable of providing a commercial return. This does not include a home, car, boat or similar.
not used as collateral for any loan during the 2 year investment period, unless the money loaned remains within New Zealand and in New Zealand dollars only.
