On 29 March 2010, to ensure alignment with policy, an existing health question was replaced by a new mandatory question. The new question is “Do you have severe haemophilia?”
For your EOI to proceed, you will need to answer the new question at C3. If applicable please also answer the question at J3 (partner), and/or R3 (dependent children). These questions must be answered by 7 April 2010. （下次EOI的时间）
