If you normally work on Friday, a public holiday falls on your working day(Fri), your employer should pay you for that day even you are not required to work. The employer should pay you time and half depends on your contract , and a lieu day if you work on a public holiday.
Easter Sunday is not a public holiday, so you won't get paid if you don't work on that day.You only get normal pay if you work on that day.
If you work on Easter Monday, you should get time and half, and a lieu day.
That is just my personal opinion, too lazy to check labour dept website.
