The details for the FIFA World Cup™ Trophy Tour by Coca-Cola have now been confirmed, with fanatical football fans being offered a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to see the solid gold FIFA World Cup™ Trophy up close and rub shoulders with some of New Zealand Football’s elite.

A nationwide consumer promotion starts Friday April 16, 2010 which will give 500 fans the chance to win tickets to see to see the real, solid-gold FIFA World Cup™ Trophy in person.
These winners will have the opportunity to rub shoulders with current and former All White players and have a photo taken with the authentic, one-of-a-kind FIFA World Cup™ Trophy – on its first ever trip to New Zealand.
Frank Van Hattum, Chairman of New Zealand Football, says the FIFA World Cup™ Trophy Tour by Coca-Cola is a chance for Kiwis to show support for the All Whites and celebrate their recent qualifying success.

Fans will be able to win passes from either one of the two consumer promotions being run with the NZ Herald or Campbell Live (TV3). Kiwis can enter online at www.winwiththeherald.co.nz from Saturday April 17th and go in the ballot to win one of 120 prizes for ‘you and 3 friends’ to see the FIFA World Cup™ Trophy at Sky City Convention Centre on April 27th. Alternatively, New Zealanders can watch Campbell Live (TV3) from Monday April 19th and enter online at www.3news.co.nz/TVShows/Campbelllive to go in the draw to win one of 5 prizes for ‘you and 3 friends’ (including return flights to Auckland) on April 27th to see the Trophy.
President of OFC and FIFA Vice President, Mr Reynald Temarii, is excited for the New Zealand leg of the Tour and is looking forward to being able to bring this experience to Kiwi fans.
