Fusion Networks is a specialist provider of consulting and engineering services for Network and Communication Infrastructures. We focus on complex and challenging networks, where our team pride themselves on taking responsibility for all the work they undertake.

Your internal role will involve support of our senior engineering team. You will provide assistance with both internal and field based projects with the roll out and maintenance of IP Voice, Switch networks, Routers, Telecommunications and Wireless projects.

You will be reporting to our senior engineering team, who will be responsible for assigning you work and helping you learn about various technologies and systems.

You need to have a personal interest in IT and networks, and have training in networking technologies ideally including;

Telecommunications
Network Switching
IP Network Routing
Wireless Networks

You will be a positive person with a desire to learn and develop your skills whilst taking responsibility for all the work you undertake. You will also be a strong communicator.

现在电脑业普遍裁员，人家连给35000都嫌高
45000已经算junior很高的工资了。。。。

我知道对于毕业生来说，工资不是最重要的。我只是说工资是不高，如果是大一点的公司可以理解。不过这里小的公司，对于junior工资应该还是很高的。

fusion networks 是 connector systems 分出来的，目前从事网络服务方面的，公司网站现在只是internal。这几天面试人很多，估计也快招到人了。

这要看你学什么，假如你学软件的话，这工作不是很适合。假如你对网络硬件或者有ccna这些知识的话，可以试着申请，junior是对于毕业生来说的，工资不要要求太高，毕竟学东西是最主要的。之后再考虑如何去找更好的工作。网络这一块起薪相对于软件开发要低，这也是市场价格

大公司小公司有各自的好处，不一定在大公司就一定有美好的前途，相反小公司学的东西更多。
