Telecom Big Time finishes soon so need to find a diff plan or change to different ISP, which one do you recommend and pricing plz, I need one that will slow the speed once you exceed the bandwidth rather than pay for per Mb or GB. thanks

之前觉得vodafone不错，唉现在每天晚上上网不是一般的慢，这次从新刷新流量之后真的是下载还行但是上网奇慢，连sky都慢的离谱````还是公司用的telestra clear好，虽然比较贵
