我老婆收到一份从IRD寄来的Individual Tax Return IR3表，请问如果不填的话，有什么后果？听说是要罚款的。

If you are worried, then I can give a free help. You said she doesn't have any business nor any income, basically all she is required to do is to send a nil return to the IRD, or just a phone call to confirm to the IRD.
Just give me a ring, I can have a look at your wife's tax position which the IRD holds. I wouldn't charge you anything. Just for help.
