What are the rates at the moment? should i go fixed or floating?

其实都差不多的，至于定期还是浮动，一般大家都是一部分定期，一部分浮动！

4.99% fixed 1 year(ASB bank).

Just talk to any chinese brokers (found them on newspaper). they can do same offer, no special condition required.
