我年底毕业，想问一下各位都是怎么找到第一份it工作的

雇主会不会很看中成绩啊。

一般来说毕业生的成绩是很重要的大家都没有实际经验成绩就成了面试筛选的标准也因为这样少数有一点实际经验的毕业生会比较容易找工作
但找第二份工作时候一般就可以把成绩从CV里去掉了

基本不看成绩把。。

主要看你会什么。。。洋人工作就比较注重CV~

对于没有经验的人来说，成绩好可以弥补一点不足，最主要的还是看你的经验。

yes and no. If you have a reasonable CV and have enough relevant experience (through projects or part time or whatever) there are usually still employers that are willing to give a fresh grad a chance. Obviously if you have a good result from school your CV will stand out more, but it's not the end of the world if you failed a paper or two.

If you know the subject reasonably well, and also speak reasonable english, just give it a shot. BTW are you looking for a sys admin / software developer type role?

就是啊从来没感觉到在纽西兰要靠关系除非你做sales 或者玩政治就连做sales 的有时候也cold call (在国内就会管他叫白撞了)

第一份工作成绩还是很重要的，除非你在校期间还有别的经验，当然这里说的不包括那些能力及其牛逼的~~~

第一份工作还是看关系，其他都白扯，新西兰也一样

哪个大学好，本地kiwi是不清楚的

有个统计，新西兰70%的人的第一份工作是熟人介绍的

You can try Student Job Search, if your school registered there.

Go to http://www.sjs.co.nz, get a part-time job first, earn some experience, then go for full-time.
