Basically it requires four year bachelor degree, if yours is only the three-year one, then you might need do some additional papers.
Send your academic record to NZICA for assessment, they will tell you whether you are qualified for academic requirement or not; how many extra papers need to be achieved etc;
PS I am not CA yet, still in the progress.... work hard.

From my experience, firstly, I think you need to send your acedemic transcript to NZICA for assessement, tell them which university you wish to finish your fourth year study, then follow the guideline to finish all the required papers, meanwhile, get your one year general work experience. 就是说一年的工作敬仰和学习可以一起进行。

海外学历都能算呢，更别说别的本科了。关键还是要求的那些课程。

什么本科都可以，但先要让nzqa把学历评估一下，看看能不能等于这边的 four year full-time study。
再让nzica做个评估，看看你需要学什么课，把必修课学完就可以。
我就是这样，学的努力点，大概2年就可以把必修课学完
