新的长期短缺可能会做如下更改:

1.One occupation to be removed from the LTSSL on 8th September 2010:
• Architect
2.Three occupations to be added to the LTSSL:
• Ship’s Officer
• Ship’s Master
• Forest Scientist
3,Seven technical changes to be made to the following occupations on the LTSSL:
• Chef
• Ambulance Paramedic (Intermediate Life Support)
• Auditor
• Diesel Motor Mechanic
• Speech Language Therapist
• Conductor (Conductive Education Practitioner)
• Management and Project Management Staff

Diesel Motor Mechanic: Diesel Motor Mechanic (including Heavy Vehicle Inspector) (321212)

Speech Language Therapist (252712):Bachelor of Speech and Language Therapy OR Masters of Speech and Language Therapy

哦,要求提高不提高貌似还很说不清楚,但是可能会在它们的条件上做出相应的调整比如学历,工作经验等等,这是我的个人理解了......不过有相关工作的几乎是变化不会太大,不用担心的,这个比较肯定倒是真的.....

so lots of EOIs will be removed from the pool! (at least the accounting qualifications)~~shortage qualifications will be selected soon (I guess), and for those who got the bachelor degree of computer are still save lo~~
fortunately I just got selected, otherwise just waste the membership subscription fees!!

要有心理准备，ACCOUNTING政策的变更是迟早的事。现在学会计的人实在是太多了，国际学生一大堆，DOMESTIC就更多了。NZ的经济在目前没有什么大的起色，会计工种严重的供大于求。那么政策的变更就很自然了。我还曾记得2005年时，BOOKKEEPING 政策也是一夜之间说变就变。 所以，一颗红心，两手准备！

I guess you should be fine, if they change it on 08/09, it will take affect at least from the next day, but as I heard, if you use the job offer to apply, it does not really matter though..

是以selected 为准的, 25/08是上次选的时间, 下次是9月8号, 也就是9月8号 开始实行, 会计如果没有1年的工作经验, 不作为短缺了.

我也查了一下，的确是如您所说的。说直接一些就是CIA QUALIFICATION 和NZICA 注册会计师是一个性质。它需要通过大学学习，职业考试和相关的职业工作经验来获得。所以，不是说你大本是会计专业并且学过几门审计的课就可以的。所以，CIA QUALIFICATION 是职业注册，它和大学的学历不一样。

我想问关于Auditor的问题~
以前条例上只要有学历和NZICA临时会员就行了，所以只要是accounting毕业就行
那现在要工作经验是只能Audit的工作经验才行吗？还是随便？而且工作经验只针对external Auditor
那么如果工作是internal Auditor只能通过CIA才行了吗？

那现在的话 学历 90 + job offer50 = 140point 其实还是够分的，只是没了短缺10分而已，是吗？

情况大概是这样的...........

首先,其实NZ缺的不是会计,而是审计........审计可以分为Internal & External............

在新政策以前,有大学会计degree的同学(3或者4年的),而且能在NZICA注册的,说明其有能力可以从事审计方面的工作,尤指External方面的,可以短缺加分.....这就是为啥9月8号新政策以前,这些会计专业的同学可以通过Auditor的短缺来申请的主要原因..........

而9月8号以后, 其实就只是增加了工作经验方面的要求,这个工作经验并不局限于Audit,只要是会计相关的都可以……..至于会计相关, 他们会有自己的一套定义标准, 大概包括entry level 以上的都算…….并不会太过严格…..Internal Auditor 的CIA的申请要求本身就没有改变过, 这个认证的技术含量也很高……….就好似NZICA认证那样…..因为有这两个机构正式会员资格的申请人可以是无需工作要求而直接申请的…….

其实这个新政策的主要目的是用来限制那些刚毕业的NZICA provisional members的短缺申请……而不是用来限制 NZICA正式members 以及 CIA的申请…….有正式会员的申请要求是近几年来一直都没改变过的…..

这个条件很奇怪...本来EXTERNAL AUDITOR就一定要是CA QUALIFIED的......COMPANY ACT是这样要求的(除了某些非牟利团体ETC)....所以可以自称AUDITOR的人..都一定有了至少三年的WORKING EXPERIENCE(因为已经考了CA)啊......现在突然说加一年的经验....RELEVANT是对AUDIT来说呢?还是ACCOUNTING呢??两者有分别.........

至于INTERNAL AUDITOR......就没这个CA QUALIFIED的要求,但是一般大公司才有INTERNAL AUDITOR,所以基本上...也是CA........但是IMMIGRATION又要求INTERNAL AUDITOR有Certified Internal Auditor qualification...

这两个REQUIREMENT本来就很奇怪...
