请问大家塑料泡沫英文叫什么？在CITY COUNCIL上面没找到这个单词，不知道能否放蓝桶里面回收？谢谢大家

not sure if you mean bubble wrap or ·polystyrene, but according to most city council both of them aren't allowed in the blue recycle bin anyway:
