Terms and Conditions
The offer: Supa Prepay customers who purchase a handset $199 or more from 1 November, register online & then top up before 16 January 2011 (min $20) will receive a $200 calling credit which can be used to call Standard Numbers in NZ
The calling credit is valid for use for 3 months from the date of top up e.g. if top up on the 20 Nov (any time during that day) then calling credit expires on 23:59 19 Feb.
A customer may only receive the offer once per active Supa Prepay mobile number
Standard umbers include NZ landline numbers beginning with 03, 04, 06, 07, 09, and NZ mobile numbers beginning 021, 027, 022, 029, 028. Standard numbers exclude 018, 0900, voicemail.
The $200 calling credit will be provisioned as a one off credit. Eligible customers will receive the credit on the first top up after successful online offer registration
For charging purposes, Supa Prepay calls are rounded up to the next minute. For example, if a call is one minute and ten seconds, your calling credit will reduce by the value of two minutes (i.e. $1.78)
Any unused calling credit may not be transferred if changing Prepay plans or moving to an On Account plan
If your calling credit expires during a call, your call will revert to standard rates
The $200 calling credit may not be used by customers while roaming.Calls made using any of the following services will not be covered by the $200 calling credit and will be charged at the usual rates, and deducted from the customers prepay balance.
International numbers;
Special or premium numbers (e.g. 0900)
Voice services (e.g. 018, voice mail)
Data calls and usage;
Video calling
Roaming
Supa Prepay minutes are used in the following order depending on what Add-Ons you have on your account:
1st. Family Calling minutes
2nd. BestMate minutes
3rd. Top Up bonus minutes
4th. $200 calling credit
5th. Standard (non promotional) add-ons (eg Talk 100)
