sorry I can only type in English at work.

first you need to calculate what capacity you need as heat pump.

this is just the site I googleed it for you. you can google around for different one as well.

for example, for a living room like

10m (L)* 5m (W)* 2.4m (H) = 120 M3

normally, it cost 55w per M3 to heat/cool the room
so 55 * 120 = 6600W = 6.6K

that means you need 6.6K power for the room.

Then, if you found out you need 6.6K, you have to ask yourself a question, do I use the heat pump for cooling or heating?

usually a heat pump with 3.5K cooling capacity can handle about 7K heating capacity.

For example, when I bought my heat pump, I thought I would only use it for heating. so I just bought this one for heating only.

but last night was so hot, so if I was gonna use the heat pump for cooling, I need the 7K cooling one and it usually 10K for heating.

and I DONT reckon brand is important as long as you are buying the well known brand.

panasonic, mitsubishi hearvy industry or electric, dakin, etc.

I would just buy the cheapest deal among them.
