Yes, the Auckland Transport is a Council's Controlled Organisation under the Local Government (Auckland Council) Amendment Act 2010 and is responsible to look after parking for the whole Auckland region now so they are authorised to give you a parking ticket.

I work for Auckland Transport. From what I know, if you send a complaint to them, with reasonable excuse, they will cancel your fine. You can do it online: www.aucklandtransport.govt.nz

可能是罚单错了有一次我也被莫名其妙的罚了准备打去Council骂人结果骂着骂着发现罚单车牌给打错了（错了一个字母）
呆了5秒问Council的人这样的情况怎么办他说那简单了你直接丢了就好我檫这样你我到都省事了....

开罚单是没有照片的。。。。。现在基本上解释无效，只有特别的3种情况才会取消罚单。具体是什么我不记得了，但是现在的Auckland Transport非常操蛋
