最近一直在忙于找工作，

现在有了一个的offer，已经要谈到薪水和上班时间的问题了。
还有一个刚刚第一次面试完的职位，个人来说，对这个洋人公司的职位很感兴趣，但是这个职位要想拿到，还需要一段的时间，再面试和做test什么的。

但是由于现在我没有工作，还有房贷要付，而洋人的公司有不是有百分之百的把握人家可以录用我，想问问各位有经验的同学

现在这种情况，我该怎么办？举棋不定！！！希望各位给点意见！！

If you are really interested with the second position, then give them a ring and let them know of your position now, let them know that you are really interested in taking up the role with their company etc and see what they say. Most will make the decision if they are really interested in offering you the job!

I think Dracoz provided you a very good option. It is worth to try it out.
If I were you, I would sign the offer first and keep looking for jobs I like. I would not be too picky when i were unemployed and would keep "upgrade" my payment and position after I start working.
