最近打算找工作，但是对full time工作不是非常了解

是不是一定要签那种死期合同的呢？

签的话一般签多久？

中途我想辞职的话可以吗？

想了解一下。。。大家都说说自己签多久。。。

not really, can be fixed term or permenant. if you are on permentant you can enjoy your life until tired of this work.

In the individual employment agreement there’s a performance review "each year an annual performance review will be carried out for the preceding year. In reviewing your performance"
That’s how my company works, I assume that’s how most others work as well.

normally its permenant . you need to give a two weeks or one month notice to your employer before you finish work there...

我是pernenant的劳动合同。上面说雇佣期是indefinite。
