很小的时候就去了新加坡，离开那里足足10年了
这次回去，感叹变化太大了。越来越拥挤了。本姑娘学建筑设计的，很多建筑图片。不知道去哪个版本发，第一次发到这里吧！和大家分享下新加坡。图片很多，有空的话我会发些比较intimate的photos.

Ps：我的拼音很差很差，打中文很痛苦，希望大家不要见怪

yea, it is really nice. i like the horizontal arrangement of that hotel.. most hotels in singapore look like corporate buildings and it does not appeal to me :)

新加坡是个不能怀旧的地方。

比如说，整个圣陶沙都几乎重建了。改天我再发些圣陶沙的相片。不知道看了你又何感想。

here comes Sentosa. Ok, i am going to comment a bit..

this is the view from the Light Rail departed from a shopping mall, close to the habour front. People used to pay the entrance ticket to Sentosa. I used to go there by bus, foot or taxi. The train was so packed! I can barely find a spot to stand on.

The single rail train was gone. I missed that. sad.

This is the new arrival area after you got off from the light rail. The glass and steel conopy makes this arrival area rather built up. Sentosa is an Island, it should be about the separation and different characters from the mainland. but now, it is so built up that you dont feel the differences anymore.. Sentosa looks like a theme park...

forgot to mention, they built a hotel on Sentosa.

我只能说，新加坡严重被开发了。不过也是，根本就没有地。圣陶沙的游客很多，估计single rail 没法应付这么多游客吧。有空我再发些Pulau Ubin,唯一没有变的地方。但是Pulau Ubin 的村长死了4，5年了。

I think the Mono Rail is too old, I think it is good to move on and have different way of transportation to attract tourists...

But I do missed the Mono Rail, I think the first time I took it was in early 90's and the last time is around early 2000's... times fly... hahaha...

Pulau Ubin is not really a good place for tourist as compare with Sentosa... due to the uneven land and mining... keeping Pulau Ubin in its natural way is much preferred... I still remember my friends and I camped there overnight in 1998... hahaha... feeding the mosquitos...

I also have some pictures of Singapore when I went back for holiday last year, can I post some pics here to share...

Also Changi Village Bus Terminal is one of the oldest bus terminal in Singapore and the boat service from Changi to Pulau Ubin was there long long time ago... maybe you have not been there before...
