在收到 ITA e-mail 之前，我在新加坡收到一封信件 - EXPRESSION OF INTEREST: SELECTED FOR CONSIDERATION
里面有以下信息：
Your EOI has been forwarded to Bangkok for consideration. You will be contacted when an officer has been assigned to your case.

一周后，发ITA e-mail信给我的那个人是个泰国人，她是我的CO吗？ ITA VIA EMAIL ONLY Please find attached your Invitation to Apply (ITA) for residence under the Skilled Migrant Policy, Additional Details Form and a letter outlining the requirements.
附件里有 ITA letter:
Your application should be sent to the INZ Branch in Beijing whose address and phone number appears below:
