我在某华人旅行社买了两张去香港的汶莱航空特价票，$850一张，两张$1700。家里突然有事，回不去了，所以要退票。结果说旅行社说航空公司要扣去一半以上的价钱，加上手续费，到手一张机票只剩$300，而且旅行社说三个月才能收到退款。这样我就损失$1100了。心疼啊。请问大家遇到过这种情况吗？会不会是旅行社把机票钱扣去一大半了？如果是，有没有什么地方可以投诉他们？请有经验的朋友指点一下。谢谢！我联系汶莱航空了他们说退票的事我只能联络我买票的旅行社。我再也不会买汶莱航空的机票，也不会跟这家旅行社买票了。

you should look at the terms and condition before you paid.

and fair enough ,$ 850 a ticket, there must be lots of conditions.

Do you read all terms & conditions every time you buy something? As I said, something happened after the tickets were bought so I had to cancel the tickets – it was a difficult decision for us to make. I did not expect to cancel the tickets at point of purchase so I would not have thought of asking them about the refund policies. I asked for some constructive advises & suggestions here - what you said is simply cold and meaningless. Thank you.

I took Brunei air last month. In the travel expo, they sold the ticket for $899 ppl, but i read the policy and i could not decide the exact date of leave, so i didn't buy. then i talked to my manager and confirmed the leave date. I spend $1000 ppl to buy the RBA tickets again.

or if you used your gold/platium credit card to buy the tickets, you may ask the travel insurance to do something in case of incidence.

Thanks for the advice. Lesson learnt this time. But what I don't get is that, the airline + ticket agent keep almost 60% of the $$ when giving out refunds and also, it takes them 3 MONTHS to give out the refunds! It's unfair. I mean, is it normal? First time I'm in this kind of situation you see.

Dont exactly know their policy. But someone here from Air NZ can tell us some example. When we buy $1400 ticket to china, we may have only half or even less refund, when we buy $1800 ticket to china, we may have 60% refund, when we buy $2200 we may have 90% refund.

小公司基本就是这样了，如果楼主买了旅游险就可以claim的。

1. 有保险可以claim
2. 有实在很大的意外(家里发生不幸, 或者说诸如CHC大地震之类的事), 有的航空公司会比较人道的表示可以退票或者改票而不收费. 但不能说不这么做的就是错了.
3. 三个月的事, 估计和工作流程相关, 比如(假设)旅行社每个月集中申请一次退票, 航空公司每个月集中处理一次,也不是不能理解, 但如果沟通的好应该可以快一点.

一般是扣300-500的分航空公司的
因为你的票太便宜了所以就变成扣60%
如果2000的票就变成最多扣25%了

所以能回还是回吧

我以前網上買過新加坡航空飛HK單程票$1100左右，之後有事要退票就收了$150手續費，三週之內錢就到帳了。
不過我想LZ是因為買特價票，所以一但退票就要收很高的費用吧。

这种特价票都是有很多限制的，本身航空公司保本卖给你，就不可能还给你很大的优越条件去退票，导致自己赔本。

每一款特价或者正价票都是有其条款文件的，一般都是扣300-500的样子，当你买的是便宜票感觉损失比例就特别高了。

而旅行社一般机票钱基本都不是支付给航空公司，而是中间还有一个类似于支付宝的一个环节（只是比方，其实不同），而我们退票时每天都是操作，不会累计起来做。而航空公司处理退票是一个漫长的过程，然后再通过中间环节到达旅行社里一般都会有1--3个月的时间，这个指的是一个常规的时间。目前大家来新西兰也久了，买机票次数多，这种事情也慢慢就会了解了

越是特价票，限制也就越多。如果改日期，退款....反正便宜的东西，肯定有便宜的理由。

850的机票什么时候买的啊，真棒的价格……文莱航空绝对是最超值的航空公司，飞机好、服务不错、价格低廉，地震的时候文莱航空也是提供免费改票退票的。

楼主不要怪旅行社也不能怪航空公司，这是很正常的……买诸如Air New Zealand的全价票就可以退款容易了。
