请问大家，

有没有知道澳洲/新西兰申请产品专利的信息。例如，什么公司或政府部门负责，如何申请，需要什么材料。

You need a Patent Attorney to file a patent for you.

you can start by researching what other related patents already exist in NZ and Aus, check that your invention is patentable.....check out these websites:

www.google.com/patents

请问楼上类似于 AS1804-1976 这样的standards怎样申请呢？去NZ standards 网站就可以了吗？要想自己的产品通过这个standard，需要找Attorney 吗？大概的程序如何？大概要多长时间？价格怎样？

不好意思英文不是很好，又懒，所以懒得自己找，请问楼上你对于这个知道多少？可以谈谈吗？谢谢！
