申请助学贷款（STUDENT LOAN）一定需要PR满2年吗？

现在的政策student loan需要pr 2年才可以申请~

不要的.津贴要的,因为是送的.LOAN是要还的.我说的不是老人.

Note: New Zealand residents and Australian citizens are subject to a two-year stand-down before they can receive a Student Loan. This means that they will need to have lived in New Zealand for at least two years and be ordinarily resident in New Zealand. Permanent residents will also need to have held permanent residence for at least two years to qualify

从2011年1月1日开始,PR需要满2年才可以申请学生贷款和学生津贴了,PR未满2年的只能申请房补.
