The Question Is:- What one “Major” thing would you change in order to improve time utilisation?
The aim is to group our finding and action some Specific Measurable Agreed Realistic Timed ways of helping us/you, overcome this problem.
When answering the above question, please consider the following:- 1) What distracts you from your purpose and/or chews up your available time resource throughout the day? 2) What is/are the impact(s) and result(s) on your essential/day to day scheduled tasks? 3) What is/are the cumulative effect(s) of the above? 4) How able are you to sustain and recover from this? 5) How does this affect you personally, in terms of stress levels and job satisfaction?
