我刚转的，还不太熟悉他们的网页。
我怎么找不到啊。。。

就这么4个TAB吧，哪里有“BUY POWER"啊？

收到他们的emai说：”
We can't send you to the tropics but we can help to keep you warm with our "going troppo" $49.95 special.

我按照email点了login, 也log in了，请问哪里有"buy power"？

我转的时候没有自己选择日期啊。。没关系吧？他们说旧的公司会给我寄一个final bill的。

还有，4楼我说的那个，让我Enter a meter reading，请问这个是必须的么？
我就选择了I don't know what my meter reading is。

那么多PACKAGE，只有个总价，怎么知道rate啊。
比如现在这个GO TROPPO $49.95，具体是啥我怎么知道么？

Meter reading 帮助估计你的电能用多久, 需不需要再买. 不过你的reading只是参考, 他们还是会派人来看的.

我转的时候也没选日期. 他们转好了给发email说能开始买电.

还是怪一下Skykiwi吧。去年我花心思详细写了个超长图文Powershop使用说明，因为时间“久远”，他们都不让留下来。我也是没有备份，那些信息就那样无影无踪了，连个精华都混不到。
