如题，三年洋人公司CRM Consultant经验（安装，实施，开发，技术支持除了销售和售前）工资大概是多少？
第一家公司干了三年（确切的说两年零11个月），公司的几个大项目都是主要的实施人员。
今天收到Salary Review的信，远低于预期...结果果断决定本周五辞职。
想听听大家的声音。谢谢

对，是Dynamics CRM. 有4.0的Certificate (两年半前), 目前在做2011.
还有Sage的一点经验.

恩我这个工作应该不难找，问题是我十月打算回国的，所以就想直接辞了。还有我们公司合同有Restrain of Trade也比较恶心。骑驴找马不好弄啊

Yes bro , getting calls from recruitment agent pretty every month and some from Australia.But I am not really senior dev and do not want to leave my current company.Coz lots of smart people in the company. SharePoint is not easy to pick up initially as for any products and it is hard to do SharePoint without Senior dev's help.

For CRM and SharePoint you should really go to AU, NZ market is too small. Fro 3 years I think 70K is reasonable.

I am having a family here.Do not want to go to AU.Plus , SharePoint dev is paid pretty well in New Zealand.And it is very very very hard to find a senior SharePoint dev. e.g. it is the third time I have seen that ASB to hire a senior SharePoint dev within the last 3 months.I guess they could not hire one within the time frame and have to re-advertise for it..

It is in Auckland, that's the only bank that have the IT department in AKL.Last time the agent told me , the base salary is 120k + lots of other benefits

Don't go ASB. They are still using MOSS 2007 and two SP developers have left. They are too picky for developers and the base salary is not that high. I know one person still working there as a junior and he is the only SP developer there.

I guess once you start working as Senior dev , it should not hard to find a job. BTW , I thought the banks have upgraded to SP2010. I guess the reason for SP Dev to leave is because they get much better else where , especially in AU.

VB.net 和 C# 相似度很高的，看了下你开发的网站，基本功能是达到了，就是对于某些细节并不是考虑的太成熟，用了Jquery, 但没有看到什么HTML5 的东西，SEO, googlemap 都没有进行进一步的整合应用。整体网站loading 比较慢, GZip也没开启。当然，我没有什么别的意思，很中肯的说，能一个人完成是很不容易了。如果单纯想从vb.net 转到 C#, 其实并不是很难（相信你也写了很多JS)
我觉得Pay 当然是很重要，而更重要的是对技术的追求和对推进整个IT行业的理想。互勉，互勉

看你喜欢哪个领域了，搞了一年多dynamic ax，说实话开发上没有啥难度，难度就是实施和安装，发布远程调试这些。一旦入这个行以后想跳出来难些，除非就在CRM,ERP这里来回跳，但是光搞微软的没啥市场啊，现在搞Force的,Oracle的都到处需要人，相比之下MS就没那么旺。。。

工资跟自身的能力和公司的实力挂钩
给楼主举个例子吧, 公司最近找的DYNAMIC GP的Consultant, 一小时是170D.
他们个个都很忙, 所以楼主的时新最少得在34(170*20%=34), 也就是70K

CRM是一部分，我们有自己的ERP产品。

比较感兴趣你的计算公式，这20%是怎么来的？

因为他们来就是培训调试, 无成本, 我们公司费用全包, 包括开车到我们公司, 路程上的时间都算PAY, 我们公司的一个MANAGER和我说他们的薪水浮动应该在公司收益的18%-28%之间, 我感觉20算是基本的了, 具体怎么得来的我也不知道.

不过如果真连70K都没给到那还是跳吧

36# 纠结之心 Intergen is really good in terms of cultrue and work load balance.It grows really fast.I was working there 3 years ago in Akl office and I think they have doubled their staff number in AKL in the last 3 years.In terms of CRM ,
Dynamics CRM 2011 Developer Training from channel 9 is delivered by Chris Auld from Intergen.

Thanks for the advice though. I had thought about that but instead I planned to give myself 2 month holiday this time, obviously taking a new role won't allow me to have that sort of break. Also exiting the current job for holiday break is a better excuse. Bearing in mind, there is "Restrain of Trade" in my contract which could go quick tricky.

Lucky you are. I have continuouly been working for two years in high presure projects without taking leave. Now I am taking another job so I won't have break for at least half a year.

45# 纠结之心 You can negotiate with your future employer to start in 2 months time.IT is in high-demand in New Zealand , it is very hard for them to find a good Dev.I guess even harder for them to find a CRM dev.

兄弟你来这边问工资该涨到多少，基本上得出的答案都是浮云啊，这里常年都会有人年纪轻轻拿着10几万的年薪做着上班可以上网的轻松工作然后来指导我们这些贫苦大众的。话说上周我们对面大楼某IT公司老板来聊天，一问，他一个50多的澳洲老头，年薪竟然还没有坛子里的一些年轻人高，还要一周6天，经常飞来飞去，人家好歹也是上百号人的公司老板，我就在想莫非人家报的是税后而且没包任何benifit？
