不知不覺, Rugby World Cup 2011 已經接近尾聲, 明天是最後一場比賽:

4. Kingsland Postoffice Night Lights

為慶祝世界杯橄欖球賽，逢星期四晚上Kington郵局(就是Eden Park附近的郵局)設置一個小規模的Night Lights Show，

Old Kingsland Post Office, 478 New North Rd, Auckland 8:30pm - 11:30pm Every Thursday Night until 20th Oct 2011

但是老實說，除非你住在附近, 看看照片和視頻就好

因為女兒喜歡看煙花,所以帶她去看RWC開幕煙花
想了很久,決定去比較近的Mt Eden看.
因為要帶她步行上山,所以沒帶三腳架,只有拿D700+28-300VR輕裝上山.
沒有大光圈，沒有tripod,只有用high ISO才能拍.
但ISO過高+有點震,效果不是很好，但重點是讓女兒看煙花所以沒關係了,拍到任何照片也是bonus,大家看看了

照片没拍多少呢，我下午三点到六点一直在wynyard quarter附近，也只带了一个标头挂机

Wynyard Quarter應該也很熱鬧? 我也好想再去wynyard quarter那裡走走,
但只得半小時空閒時間，只好去Party Central區走走..

改天再去wynyard quarter看一看 :D

Seriously man...the best RWC firework photos I have ever seen!
Interestingly I ususally wouldn't go up to Mt Eden to watch fireworks because its quite some distance to the city. I would usually choose to be close. But this time Mt Eden wins! The firework was quite weak and unimpressive if you watch it from CBD, and it's so scattered. So this time some further spots such as northshore and your shooting spot Mt Eden actually yield better firework pictures. Good work!

謝謝，是的從不同的地方拍攝同樣的烟花，出來的效果真的很不同, 看看比比也很有趣
部分是用Monopod,但後來發現手殘的我用Monopod幫助不大,一樣糊很多,所以照片部分直接手持算了,{:7_365:}

hey Thanks Felix. I probably wouldn't go to Mt Eden as well. We went there only because we were too scared to go into CBD area (because of my daughter), so it was kind of lucky because as you said the long distance allowed me to compress the scattered firework.
but while it was a good spot to take photo, it's definitely not good for watching firework. We were just too far away, without the loud "boom boom boom" sound, it almost felt like we were watching TV.
