请问这个是什么意思呀?上面又写着是 fee simple
这个房子是分割还是什么呀。。。。求解析。。。。

fee simple 有 cross lease 的

executor = representative of dead owner who was previously owner of 1/3th share.

我想应该是，他爸爸妈妈死了，之后留给他女儿的房子吧？？？？？屋主也跟我说了，是他爸爸妈妈的房子。。。。说他们都离开了，不应该是死在房子里面吧？

ownership is 1/3th share each , 3 group of people ( some same people) will sign the agreement, lawyer will sort it out.

in nz, all houses has memories of birth and death, it is part of home

这间屋的业权分三份，其中第三份的业主过世了，由提到的那两个人继承，并没提到业主是不是在屋里过世，不要害怕。
