是啊，我觉得这价位还行但是这房子有几个缺点楼层过多不适合俺这种带宝宝的，最上面那层那间主卧没门，几乎没地所以我最6多只会给到60，61万要是去拍的话

more consideration if you have little one. Look for something safe and practical.
Good luck for finding the right one.

Schools at hillcrest are: willow park primary.
Not all hillcrest are covered for Takapuna intermediate.
High school is Northcote college.
