那天听广播里，谈论房子问题，说是现在房子已经涨到一个高点了，未来的走势有可能会降。有经验认识，大家可以给点意见，谈谈您是怎么看的？

走漏消息了啊，我可以告诉你，今年房价就会降，然后降到明年就是个低点，建议楼主明年下半年春天的时候入市抢购
如果楼主不着急买的话，建议再等个5年降得更低，这几年还有闲钱炒个股啥的，赚点外快，多好

也不是降了，就是平稳，哪有一直涨的啊，一直涨的结果就是暴跌，涨涨停停才健康嘛

楼主千万别听这论坛里说涨的，他们不是有房子卖，就是做中介的，一群忽悠，只要咱不是刚需，等他几年下去，一定能降个10几万出来

I don.t have any investment property in hand, I also believe that the heated property market is going to cool down for a little bit, but in several years time, there is no way average property price is going to drop by $100,000.00 , impossible, we have what called inflation bro

political uncertainty --------> labour may be able to form government with green, as more people unhappy with national.

if labour and green form gov't , they are going to punish property investors big time and give more welfare rather than making them useful to society.

national is bringing the country forward. by walking forward, they step on some people toes....
labour and green will bring the country backward, for sure.

listing变少是因为雨季和冬天的来临，市场上一般甚至破点的房子经不起考验自然不敢拿出来卖了。。到春夏又会活跃起来更上一个台阶，看看去年年底前到今年年初疯长的这一段

for people who borrow too much, calculate if your income can still hold your outgoings when interest rate is at 10%, if so , u r safe , if not ... be prepared ....

你太乐观了。。。涨到10% 经济得好到什么样子啊。。。不可想象。。。自08年经济经济危机以后这么多年就一直这样不死不活..就算涨到10%也不是这几年就能达成的。。。所以你的愿望还是很渺茫的。

reserve bank didn't , the banks might.

I didn't say it's going to rise up to 10% ....

I'm only saying if you can still make your payment at 10%, then you will be safe.

plus floating rates have reached 10% historically, so it may happen again....you still have another 10 to 20 yrs at least to pay off your loan... so take it easy :)

well, thats why he is not working in the reserve bank ....

NZ housing price won't go up much anymore.... yes, people want to buy, but can they afford ?

majority of NZders live on medium and low wage, current housing price is alreay out of their reach. so the demand may look strong, but actual demand is weak ...

plus nz is moving to aging population, more and more old houses will come to the market at low values. push the average house price downwards.

其实就是这些老头老太才最有钱的，那些好地方抢房子的往往是那些老头老太。那些年轻的kiwi有个P钱啊。。。要么靠借父母的，要么就是高收入低首付的。。所以Mortgage sale大部分都是洋人。。。

对自住买家来说小涨小跌不是什么问题。只对投机买家来说才是问题。

降吧哈哈降了大家一起抄底多好.关键社会永远不会为了小部分弱势群体而选择倒退,现在的形势,房价能放缓就不错了,不指望能跌.

目前似乎都是一窝蜂地哄抢，谈不上需求吧？
房产市场的的周期性是一定的，涨了那么多，也该回调了。
