请教大侠们，pakuranga height那的Waikaremoana Place这条路怎么样啊？Riverhills Primary好吗？我看了下是７分的。

Is a so so place as it is close to Edgewater, not a good place. For Pakuranga Height, I think area around Beechdale Cres is better.

我可以说edge water周围是东区相对烂的区嘛，

Like others said, it's so-so, not good not bad. Depends on which area you compare it to. At least it's in Pakuranga Heights, not Edgewater. I know that a house at Wanaka Place (very close to Waikaremoana Place) was sold for around $680K just a couple of weeks ago.
