看图片吧，觉得外观挺气派的，有点那个啥意思。。。
里面是一般，但稍加 do up 还是可以的，如果是洋人买的，洋人不怕 do up。室内面积很大。
要说问题吧，这个是1994年的房子，风险有点，但如果做过Builder report 那还是有底的。
所以，这个价位，不奇怪的。

主要觉得这房的阳光不是很好，里边又被分成很多小块，不是很实用。最后被一对印度夫妻买到。

rendered brick means brick behind . not plaster.
it says weatherboard and brick on agent's website.

我今天去现场看了。就叫了5次价。 600K, (Auctioneer ：not even the land value), 800K, 900K, 950W (Auctioneer: on the market),965 K SOLD. 感觉那条街阳光不好。

看照片是plaster的，光看房子外面不错，地也600多平米了，现在的行情，任何房子都可以卖个好价钱，卖家想从买家口袋里多挖一点钱是非常容易的事。

8A kenmure is subdivided 359 sq m property, with drive way access.

22 kenmure has better privacy sitting on bigger site ( 600 sq m) than 8A's.

Both are setting new height for forrest hill

没，我的意思是确实高，不过cv 也不低了，所以这个价格还是在正常范围了
