Police are hunting two men after an armed robbery at a Whangarei escort agency last night. The men allegedly walked into the Scarlet Lounge on Clyde St about 9pm and brandished a knife at two women before demanding money.
They left with cash and some of the women's belongings.
One of the men is described as Maori, aged in his early 20s, about 1.68 metres tall and of medium build.
He had short black hair and was wearing a red baseball hat and a T-shirt, which could have been green.
The other man is also described as Maori, slightly shorter than the other man, of stocky build with a round face.
He had a shaven head and a tattoo on the right of his neck.
