大家都估价估得偏低了

我问了房东了,太低了,人家肯定不会卖的.

房东要多少？？这块地应该没有Deepcreek那边海景好吧

估计房东和新开发区的价格看齐，要45+，可能要51万，去年低今年初主路上carlisle road 有块分割地卖了50万，这个地点更好（不是指交通，住那里的人有几个朝九晚五？）。
