标题: 出租房买什么样的保险 [打印本页]

想请教下当房东的各位，出租房买保险是买最基础的那种还是说再加一些cover,比如房客故意损坏，房客搬走不给notice之类的？大家都保了些什么呢？还有excess定多少比较合适呢？

最少也买个house的，能买landlord insurance更好。可是房客搬走不给notice这个不知道有没有公司给保。

请看下面。房客不给notice和故意毁坏，是保的。

"If you are a landlord, optional insurance protection can also be purchased1 specifically for your needs. This includes cover for sudden and accidental loss to the landlord's contents on the property and any intentional damage tenants cause to the rental property. Loss to rental income, should tenants leave without notice or in the case of tenants being evicted, is also covered."
