這是做的REPORT的結果,2005年的房子
請大家給個意見.賣家不想修,但可講價1000刀.總感覺不靠譜.找了幾個BUILDER,報價都不同.請各位專家幫忙了.謝謝了

05年的房子居然给前房东保养成这样，估计其它地方也要小心。

是的。報告也說這個房子的條件處於平均水平。保養不夠。請問這個漏水嚴重麼？謝謝了。

很严重啦，看看里面的Timber Frame是Treated 防水的吗？

浴室漏水本身是小问题，第一时间发现的话仅仅sealing就可以。问题是里面的框架都那么潮说明防水层出问题了，05年的房子，至少内墙一般不是treated过的，最多就是H1.2的，长时间进水肯定不行，有可能需要更换。仅仅重做防水就意味着浴室的瓷砖、墙板都要重做，至少几千块，框架潮湿的部分如果要换的话就问题更大了。建议楼主放弃这个房子吧

换一个新淋浴房加手工也就2000刀吧，带底座的淋浴房根本不用做防水。

关键是，是不是淋浴房漏水的原因造成的。

謝謝大家的回复，那如果是浴室漏水造成的原因，最高5000刀就能解決了。那如果是其他原因漏水呢。就拿漏水房屋來說，10000刀搞得定麼。打算讓賣家降價，明天給他們回复。不知降價多少合適。請教各位了。

如果是漏水房屋的话，绝对不是10000刀能够搞得定的

议价的房你就好好的找正规公司报价,然后把钱减掉吧.
