first bid $730K....... kiwi

Chinese :  add $1000.

Kiwi : $740K
Declared reserved met.
Chinese : shaking head, don't want anymore
Another chinese comes in : add $500.
Kiwi: 750K
Chinese: $100
Kiwi :750K + 500. Sold.

This is an auction that went wrong. Pre-auction 750k, didn't want to accept, could easily talk to $770k, now back fired, as everyone just there to see, didn't want to bid.

neighbours left ..... no big drama for this afternoon auction.

Check with agent, may be you're right, can't hear properly between $500 or $5000.... sold with that price range.

westlake男女校区,4房2卫,全副地,75万是目前的正常价位,拍得好可能还要高.

Glenfield全幅地学区房现在就是75万以上啊！！！！！这房就是老外买的，看来老外也加入抢学区房的行列来了！！！

Kiwi through her agent loud and clear..... some chinese want it, but i think they are doubting ( defensive), may be read too much on this forum.....

By next yr march, may be price range will be at 800k.....

harcourts don't encourage pre-auction offer.....  saw the agent, he looked a bit worried on auction day and saw chinese talked about the $750k pre-auction offer, everyone knew about it, and said vendor high expectation etc.....

76.5万的glenfiled学区4房2卫,670的全幅地,交通生活都那么方便,居然还说贵, 西区4房600全幅地卖到65万的都非常多了,我是真心觉得这个房子该上80万的

Another house ( 675 sq m full site house) coming out for sale on the street....... it will show where the price stand....

赞同一下，另外别说西湖校区这么好的校区了，连牛琳都60万找不到全幅地的4房了，中区AVONDALE和MT ROSKILL更是没有，这么看北岸的房价真心太低了。。。。

我觉得价格不算贵....不过不能光看4房2卫，毕竟才150的floor area，那得多小的4房2卫呀。。。

我觉得真心不算贵了，比起其他北岸的去来说，GLENFIELD算是涨的很晚的了，现在也该涨涨了，而且这个房子还有校网，所以这个价钱在北岸算是正常的吧

for sure is better than diana drive... this street is for both westlake boys/girls

kiwi is willing to pay more.... but no competition on the day

not listing yet, the person is tidy up the house now........ cutting trees, changing carpets etc.

拍卖卖掉的是$750,500, 然后那个买家需要延长交割日子，加了$10,000, 最后的售价就是$760,500
