大律师，我想成立Family Trust，做了一轮research，发现如果有一个independent trustee的话，能帮助防止trust是sham，我的理解对吗？

如果我们找你做independent trustee的话，费用是多少？是不是要共同成立一个公司？你占的share比例会是多少？谢谢

Independent trustees should not be able to benefit under the trust, so that they are truly independent .
