公司需要发送promotion手机短信到n个客户手机上，有没有推荐的软件用来一次发给所有客户de？

网上看了很多，通过internet 发的，不便宜啊。

有人用过类似的软件吗？

因为bulk text message特别是广告是需要审批的貌似而且要求得到对方的允许并且随时可以Unsubscribe的这是政府方面的
运营商方面反正我经常看见这样的语句
