收到一封警察的信。要提供 I am writing this letter to you as the registered owner of the above named vehicle.

As the owner of the vehicle involved you are requested under Sectin 118 of the Land Transport Act 1998 to supply Poilce with the details of the person who was drving your vechicle on xxxxxxx, and details of all passengers in the vehicle.
At this time, the vehicle was witnessed being driven by a male who was using a mobile phone while driving.

请问这种信该怎么处理啊。。。

有个男的开你的车边开边打电话，被人看到举报了。你先想想那男的是谁，怎么开你的车吧。

那个男的是我，但是我没记得打电话啊，看手机上地图来着？？！！！

你先查查看你那个时段的通话记录吧。

也有可能是你用电话导航或者微信的时候被人看到了。

您好，根据新西兰land transport act 作为车主您需要提供在某个时段车辆的使用信息的，包括是否您自己驾驶。

虽然我们作为律师并不同意这条法律的合法性，因为在新西兰任何人都有权利保持沉默的。
